“The greatest wealth really is health. When a company sacrifices an individual’s ability to enjoy a healthy life for higher profits, there should be consequences.”
Tania joined Wexler Wallace after working as a healthcare regulatory analyst. She is driven to improve the healthcare system and the lives of both patients and providers who use it.
Tania’s practice is focused on mass tort litigation, including extensive work on transvaginal mesh multidistrict litigation. As a key member of Wexler Wallace’s transvaginal mesh trial team, Tania’s efforts helped obtain a $3.27 million verdict for a plaintiff whose life had been devastated by transvaginal mesh. Tania also recently played an instrumental role as part of the American Family trial team in an ERISA class action case.
Outside of the office, Tania enjoys volunteering and sits on the board of directors for the University of Michigan Club of Greater Chicago (“UMCGC”). In February 2017, Tania co-chaired the Go Blue Gala, which raised thousands of dollars for the UMCGC’s scholarship fund.
