“Corporations are not infallible. Wexler Wallace has the knowledge and experience to discover their weaknesses and right their wrongs.”
Before joining Wexler Wallace, Jackie served as in-house counsel for a major insurance company and ran her own firm dedicated to helping victims across a variety of legal matters, including civil litigation, domestic relations, creditors’ rights and real estate transactions.
She also participated in an exhaustive review of the details surrounding the fall of Lehman Brothers. The resulting account was included in the company’s official bankruptcy report.
From 2010 to 2013, Jackie represented numerous victims of housing foreclosures resulting from fraudulent or inaccurate loan documentation, sloppy pleadings, and robo-signing scandals. Her efforts in this regard helped raise awareness of business practices designed to profit lenders at the expense of homeowners. At Wexler Wallace, Jackie’s practice focuses on what will help the “little guy” against corporate injustices and greed.
