Gaby is a paralegal at Wexler Wallace in the Mass Torts division. Since joining the firm in 2010, she has assisted attorneys in managing several multi-district litigation actions involving defective pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She works closely with clients throughout the process of resolving claims, including the settlement of plaintiffs who were injured by the use of Yaz, Actos, and Hip Implants. Gaby is also currently the head paralegal on the Xarelto and Testosterone litigations. Her responsibilities include maintaining client files, evaluating cases, and preparing and administering court filings and discovery.
Gaby received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Purdue University. Prior to joining Wexler Wallace, she worked in family law for eight years. Gaby is also fluent in Spanish, and has helped numerous Spanish-speaking clients. With her extensive experience, professionalism and dedication, she aspires to continue helping clients throughout the difficult legal process.
Outside of work, Gaby enjoys reading, running and spending time with family and friends.
