“With enough work and dedication, any goal can be reached. It is with this mentality that I believe one should approach the practice of law.”
At Wexler Wallace, Corey has served on a number of trial teams across the country, representing plaintiffs in cases against pharmaceutical and medical device companies for severe injuries resulting from the use of their products.
A member of the trial team of a federal bellwether trial against Ethicon, Inc. (a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson), Corey helped secure a multi-million dollar verdict on behalf of the plaintiff. This was the first verdict achieved by a plaintiff involving an Ethicon “sling” product in the important transvaginal mesh multidistrict litigation (MDL).
Corey works with clients who have been directly injured by the use of such products as Pelvic Mesh, Yaz, and Actos, and seeks to achieve maximum compensation for their injuries. Corey has been recognized in the Top 40Under 40, a list of lawyers “who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results and leadership.”
