Throughout his career, Bryan Pasciak has represented clients in all stages of complex-civil litigation. His experience includes assisting in representing businesses and individuals in trials, arbitrations, and appellate litigation in state and federal court.
Bryan is an honors graduate from Notre Dame Law School. While at Notre Dame, he received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award, was selected for Notre Dame’s Moot Court Trial Team, and served as the Technology Editor of the Journal of College and University Law. His undergraduate degree is from Cornerstone University. While in undergrad, Bryan was a member of a national champion basketball team and named an Academic All-American, team captain, and received various individual honors. Moreover, prior to practicing as an attorney, he gained valuable experience working as an intern for state and federal court judges, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, plaintiff and defense law firms, and a prosecutor’s office.
Beyond the practice of law, Bryan has served as a lecturer and assisted in presentations for continuing legal education seminars. Additionally, he enjoys giving back to his community, which led him to coaching high school and college mock trial teams, working as a counselor at free basketball camps for underprivileged children, and serving as a mentor for middle school students.
