Ashtin is a senior, certified paralegal at Wexler Wallace, assisting attorneys in a variety of cases but concentrating most of her time on class action litigation. She has been with Wexler Wallace since 2012 and is an integral part of the team representing clients affected by the burdens of fraud. Most recently, she spent three weeks in Cleveland as a part of the American Family trial team- an ERISA class action case currently pending in the Northern District of Ohio, which seeks retirement benefits for over 7,000 insurance agents. In 2014, she spent six weeks in Boston as part of the Nexium trial team—a complex antitrust case seeking billions of dollars in damages. Currently Ashtin is busy researching, drafting, orchestrating discovery, and managing numerous high-profile cases.
Ashtin graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in sociology and a focus on criminal rehabilitation. She takes tremendous pride in her attention to detail and her ability to work in high-stakes environments.
