Andrew is actively involved in the firm’s class action, mass tort, and antitrust practice areas. Before starting at Wexler Wallace, he practiced at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Chicago, where he concentrated on commercial litigation involving insurance and healthcare fraud and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) matters.
Andrew has wide-ranging experience in both federal and state courts across the country. He has successfully represented individuals, small and mid-sized companies, and billion dollar corporations in a variety of complex litigation matters, including cases involving fraud, class actions, shareholder lawsuits, contract disputes, product liability litigation, breach of fiduciary duty claims, negligence, personal injury claims, property damage, wrongful death actions, copyright infringement, and trade secret matters.
Prior to practicing as an attorney, Andrew gained valuable experience working as an intern for state and federal court judges, as well as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
