Adam came to Wexler Wallace after practicing in a boutique commercial litigation firm in Chicago. Since joining the firm, Adam has been actively involved in a number of Wexler Wallace’s practice specialties, including the firm’s antitrust, consumer protection, and mass tort practice areas.
In 2016 Adam helped achieve class certification in Jammal, et al. v. American Family Insurance Group, et al. Case No. 1:13-cv-437 (N.D. Ohio), allowing insurance agents to pursue claims based on misclassification as independent contractors. The same year he applied his talents to the firm’s consumer protection cases, helping defeat two motions to dismiss in litigation against Electrolux for dishwashers alleged to be defective and prone to catching fire.
