Tim E. Jackson, Associate / Chicago
Tim began work at Wexler Wallace as a summer associate while in law school. Tim has experience in numerous types of product liability litigation, but the majority of his practice is focused on complex litigation involving pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, including federal multi-district litigation and state court proceedings. His responsibilities include working with biomaterials engineering expert witnesses, including on expert reports, at depositions, and at both state and federal trials. Since joining the firm, Tim has gained experience in general aspects of litigation including discovery and pre-trial motion practice.
Tim received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law in 2010, where he was a Managing Editor of The Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. He received his M.S. in Psychology from Tulane University in 2007 and his B.S. in Psychology from Tulane University in 2006.
