Mark R. Miller, Associate / Chicago
Professional Profile
Mark has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in all phases of complex litigation. In addition to commercial and consumer litigation, his practice has evolved to include mass torts, and he has recently played a pivotal role in the jury trials of ongoing Kugel Mesh cases. His work in those cases included working with experts, taking bellwether depositions and drafting many of the main briefs addressing complex discovery disputes, pre-trial and post-trial motions.
Mark works tirelessly for his clients. Both his legal and charitable work have demonstrated a commitment to protecting the right of all persons, regardless of social or economic background. In addition, Mark’s efforts with local businesses have given him an understanding of the importance of the legal system’s role in protecting the interests of small business and consumer clients from trade violations and other abuses of market power.
