WW Announces Preliminary Approval of $350 Million McKesson Settlement

On January 23, Judge Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts granted preliminary approval of Plaintiffs' $350 million settlement with Defendant McKesson Corporation ("McKesson"). For information about the settlement, please click here. A date for the hearing on final approval has not been set, but will likely be sometime this summer.
