In re: OSB Antitrust Litig., Master File No. 06-CV-00826 (E.D. Pa.).

WW filed this class action on behalf of direct purchasers of Oriented Strand Board (OSB) from Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, Weyerhaeuser Company, Georgia-Pacific Corporation, Potlatch Corporation, Ainsworth, Norbord, Inc., J.M. Huber Corporation, and Tolko Industries, Inc. Plaintiffs allege that these Defendants combined and conspired to fix prices at which OSB was sold in the by reducing the available supply of OSB, in violation of antitrust laws. The Honorable Paul S. Diamond has entered an order certifying the class of direct purchasers, and trial of this consolidated action is set to begin in 2008.
