**This case is a derivative action in which the Plaintiff funeral homes are acting on behalf of IFDA and IFDA Services. The purpose of this lawsuit is to benefit Illinois preneed funeral planning customers and Illinois funeral homes by recouping Preneed Trust funds that have been lost. The funds recouped in this derivative action will be added to the funds in the Preneed Trust to the benefit of all Illinois preneed funeral planning customers and Illinois funeral homes.
